From Sunrise to Sunset
Amami Oshima was inscribed as a World Natural Heritage site in 2021. This scenic programme gathers the island’s distinctive natural beauty, filmed over more than five years by Hideyuki Sakamoto of the drone channel “AMAMI CAMERA”. Narration is by Anna Sato, the “songstress of Amami”, known for the main theme of the NHK drama “Segodon”. The island’s appeal is conveyed from many different angles.
